Best way to move Lucic is to retain 50% after July1 once his bonus is paid . He will only owed 18 million over 4 years so 9 million if the Oilers retain 1/2 . Oiler open 3 million in cap space and don't get dinged with the extra years

I think Marleau would have helped the Sharks, be waaay more dominant in the playoffs, as an older core team ..the Kane deal still trips me..but the cap sucks..and yeah..i know about the cap..LUCIC 🤦‍♂️🙄🤷‍♂️I’m an Oiler fan.

This has nothing to do with the video but its worth pointing out to all you nimrods who was saying Nylander is no good and not worth his salary etc...he's leading all players in scoring at the World Championships !! . 5 points today and even though it was an inferior team it still says alot about this kids skill set and you can't help but wonder if he actually had better linemates against the Bruins that he could've had a bigger impact offensively.

What if the Leafs make a deal with someone like Arizona? First deal is something dumb like Marleau for a 7th. Then they make a second deal where Arizona retains half his cap hit and the Leafs give them whatever.

What Columbus should do if they can’t sign their players is trade them before July first to teams that would want to try signing them before all teams can negociate. That way they could get many prospects or draft picks and be back in the game quickly.

The Jackets should fire the coach and then they will have a better chance at signing Bobs and Panarin, they should let Duechene go, he is not worth the money he want's.
