I SO relate, Rachelle, to feeling guilty about taking time away from the kids and taking time for myself. I find it so so hard. I ALWAYS feel guilty when I leave my daughter at home with my husband and feel like I should be home. One of the things I want to be better about is taking time for me and being able to focus on growing my business and not feeling guilty about it. Cheers to doing better at this for both of us!
I'm almost 38 and health care providers still ask if I'm planning on more kids! My youngest is 18 and my oldest is 20! My answer is "if I'm given a baby I'll have a baby". It's so weird that people think they have access to what we are doing with our bodies, especially as we get older! You do you Rachelle! Your plans for yourself this year sounds excellent! You are raising babies of both genders and it's excellent for them to see you date yourself, make your bed, do your hair, take extra long showers, take naps, enjoy browsing in a store for fun, having time with friends, making time for Justin and Justin making time for you and doing the same things for himself as well. If the kids have healthy examples of self care and self love, they're going to be confident and successful in their own skin and in future relationships! You guys are doing an amazing job!

My youngest is a sophomore in high school. He will be joining the Air Force in two years. My husband is a Air Force retired veteran. I use to laugh when people told me time goes fast. When the kids started school the years flew by. Enjoy every stage of life. It is fun to watch them change over the years. Beautiful family ❤

For your cookbook, you could try 6x9 sheet protectors. That's what I've been using after my last cookbook got ruined by a spill. It has several holes so may fit your binder.
I used the same skin care products as you but then switched when I found out they weren’t cruelty free 😢. Also you can laminate the cookbook pages and then use a hole punch for the holes. I do that for all my recipe cards and binders
Sunscreen is essential year round. People are more likely to develop sun related issues in the winter when they don’t expect it. My dermatologist gave me a good what for when I told him I didn’t think it was necessary during the winter. He said even though we live in Arizona, the cold can mess up your skin without sunscreen.
You could get a laminator ( I got one for my birthday a few years ago and use it all the time) but then you could laminate the cookbook pages once you have filled them out - or as you fill them out. Then they will stay clean when you cook a well.

Try putting Faye down later . Don’t put her down at seven o’clock. Maybe keeping her up longer she will sleep much better. Making my bed every morning and getting dressed (most days), makes a huge difference in my productivity and mood.

After you write the recipes on both sides laminate them. This way they will be thicker and stay really clean.
