I was born in August 1951 and I'm 71, and this scared the you-know-what out of me. Hey, we all age, we're not forever the age you see us at (with all the makeup and hair pieces put in) that you see on the screen. We age just like everybody else, although we ladies probably take better care of our facial and chest skin. Yes, indeed, RIP Kirstie Allen. She struggled with weight gain and that, in and of itself, can be a systemic killer of one's body over time. We babyboomers are going, group by group by group. In 30 years or so, most of us will be gone. Get used to it. What's going to be left to take our place, hmmmm?
She just became prettier as she got older. She always seemed to have a great deal of humility and was open to chatting with her fans, online. Always enjoyed her work.
@Burke Gerald It’s more than plastic surgery. It’s like fine wine it gets better with age. To be honest when older women get plastic surgery it makes them look worse. Madonna Renée Zellweger even her costar Courteney Cox are prime example of that.
Wow I remember watching her as a kid. Can’t believe she was 71. Still beautiful didn’t age. So sad, it’s sad when anyone passes but hits a little closer when you would watch and be entertained by specific actors/actresses people etc
I am so very sorry to hear that the World has lost the wonderful actress Kirstie Alley. Even though her illness was recently discovered on why she passed, it is a total shock and devastation out of nowhere. Rest in Heavenly Paradise Kirstie. You will be truly missed. 🙏🙏
She didn't believe in your religion with the heaven and the paradises. She's with her version of 'god' now, his name is Xenu. So please be more respectful of other peoples imagination of "life" after death. She's in outer space now, living on a space ship who is full of people who worship Xenu, the one true god.
This is so sad she was my favourite actresses growing up as a kid I watched everything she was in and my all time favourite movie was For Richer or Poorer so hilarious, it’s very sad to see someone from you’re childhood leave this planet, she definitely was one of the most talented real and beautiful actresses of our time, Rip Kirsty Alley 💖💖💖
She starred in Summer School, which is one of my all-time favorites. She was one of those stars us '80s & '90s kids grew up with that you couldn't help but like. Coming of age in the 2000's and finding out about the Church of Scientology and her involvement with the cult, you start to think a bit less fondly of her. I'm sure there were also many who didn't like her being an outspoken Trump supporter. With that said, I've always liked her and will continue to do so. She wasn't a bad person (that we know of). May she rest in Peace. ✌🖖
I loved her in "Mad House", the "Look Who's Talking" movies and "Star Trek: The Wrath of Kahn". If you haven't seen " Mad House", definitely see it. It is hilarious.
May you Rest In Peace Kirstie. You were such a beautiful, entertaining lady. We loved you in the movies and of course in Cheers. You were a bright ray of sunshine. We will miss you. My condolences and prayers to your family and friends.
Rest in peace, Kirstie. You were a wonderful actress. Your laugh was contagious. Those eyes were mysteriously gorgeous as you gazed into the cameras you truly were beautiful. May God be with her family, loved ones, and friends as they navigate through these dark days ahead. May all find comfort and peace in knowing that she will no longer be in pain or sadness that she'll be in heaven waiting upon them.
@K C I thought that it was quite rude how little they spoke of her accomplishments or family, her acting career, 26+ movies, TV show of her own and a guest on a bunch of shows throughout her career.. I remember reading and watching as people spoke negative of Kirstie weight they treated her poorly always viciously..
I remember when I saw her on Cheers for the first time, I was in love. She was a lively bright light, full of life and energy, pretty, and never boring. One of those rare attractive people I would have loved to have known. RIP.
Kirstie Alley always seemed very nice and calm playing any role she had to play.I loved her Look Who's Talking the best.May she rest in peace.Prayers for her and her family.
Im in shock too I had to see it twice I can’t believe she’s gone so soon . She was a beautiful actress and a comedian. You will be miss. Preyers to you family Rest In Peace no more pain 😢💔🙏🏼🙏🏼
Scientologists don't pray, so thats kind of rude to her, her family and her religion that you would enact the prayer ritual for her family. Unlike Islam vs Christianity, her undetectable invisible god is a totally different god than your invisible undetectable middle eastern desert gods. If you want say something nice about her, then say something equally useless like "I'll chant to Xenu for her family".
She will forever be remembered, missed and never forgotten. Love her so much, so sorry she had to deal with this stupid disease/ illness. Kirstie Alley, forever a classic television and screen classy captivating Capricorn queen. ❤️♥️😇👑💎⚜️♾️
So sad and heartbreaking 😢💔She was a great actress and will be greatly missed. I totally remember her from Cheers and the movies she was in. My thoughts, prayers and condolences go to her family and everyone in her life 🙏
It hurts much, when an actor/actress whose heart is in the right place, whom has struggled with issues like some of us ‘regular’ people have had & remains hopeful & fights whatever has consumed/attacked it thus becoming an inspiration for many to never give in & fight for your life. Will greatly miss you Mrs. Alley. May your soul find itself in tender loving hands & peace & forevermore joy. R.I.P. 🙏🕯️
A strong woman with accomplishments , definitely with the Lord. A real loving kind person that touched the world wide screen travels to the next life, 71 years can mean forever when it’s the best life. RIP Kirstie ❤
Kirstie 😢 She was so full of energy and light. I would always forget how old she was because she didn't act it. She was a ray of sunshine in this world and she will be truly missed.
RIP Ma'am. My heart is 💔. Grew up watching her and now the kids and I watch the Look's Who Talking movies near Christmas every year. The world truly lost a beautiful soul but heaven is graced with one. 😇🙏🏿
She was such a brave woman , never knew she was battling some type of cancer ! God I’m gonna miss her on this earth. She was just so awesome and outspoken for the better of this world ! God Bless Kirstie May she rest in peace!
I met her when I had a moving company and did work for a small furniture store she lived across the street from in witchia. She asked a friend and me to work for her in her home, and I remember she was so cool, laid back, and easy to talk to. She never boasted about her material. Rest in love Kirstie
Condolences to her family friends and colleagues she was an amazing actress SIP Beautiful that cancer has taken so many lives praying one day they'll find a cure for this horrible disease that continues to plaque us by taking away out luv one.
Kirstie Alley was always one of those celebs who seemed immortal! She was one of the first celebs I noticed the name and face to (I was born in the 90s). May she RIP, my heart is sad.
So sad, so many have been passing this year alone. You grow up watching these people, the older they get, the older you get. She was talented and I always thought she was beautiful. I remembered when her and the handsome Parker Stevenson got married. I had no ideal she was a grandmother. She had been on the seen before she did Cheers. Will keep her family in my prayers.

She was 71!? I’m still shocked. I did not expect it. RIP Kirstie
I thought she was in her 50s
@J Annibal my mom just turned 65. It’s scary. Much health be with you.
@J AnnibalWith the way the world is changing, I’m glad I won’t be here to see what takes our place.

She just became prettier as she got older. She always seemed to have a great deal of humility and was open to chatting with her fans, online. Always enjoyed her work.
@alan30189 ATX was countering the bs of the OP that said "She just became prettier as she got older" which is completely ridiculous.
@Burke Gerald Plastic surgery never makes anyone look better. Fake does not equal better.
@Burke Gerald It’s more than plastic surgery. It’s like fine wine it gets better with age. To be honest when older women get plastic surgery it makes them look worse. Madonna Renée Zellweger even her costar Courteney Cox are prime example of that.
@Sllort
Yeah, that’s what plastic surgery is for 🙄
I always liked her.
Wow I remember watching her as a kid. Can’t believe she was 71. Still beautiful didn’t age. So sad, it’s sad when anyone passes but hits a little closer when you would watch and be entertained by specific actors/actresses people etc
@asdfghjkl Im Just pointing out a fact. Wasn't aware that was "crying".
@LucYfYre Arch of TwiLight thats what you wanna cry about
"Didn't age"? Are you serious? Sad she's gone but come'on...
I think the photos shown are not recent and she’s made up. I’ve seen more recent pics without makeup, and she pretty much looked her age.
I always remembered her from Look Who's Talking. RIP
Very first movie my wife and I seen together in 1988. We've been married 32 years as of 11 December 2022. R.I.P. Kirstie.
Me too. I saw those in theatres when I was a little kid. Very sad to see her pass.

She had a certain warmth about her that many people don’t have. RIP
Which is what all her clients said. You one?
I remember seeing her in the tooth fairy movie when I was younger. I used to watch with my grandma. She was so talented and lovely. 💚
Oh wow, you remember that from the Disney Channel back 20+ years ago? I was just thinking about that obscure movie a week ago.

No one did. It was just diagnosed recently and her battle was very short, according to her family. I don’t think it was made public.
She was so frightening in “North and South”. So convincingly crazy and evil. A good actress. Thanks Kirstie.
I met her when I had a moving company and did work for a small furniture store she lived across the street from in witchia.
