Girl! me everytime i watch any of your videos "Wow she looks SO good after 5 kids!" funny how we can be so hard on ourselves hey. i just had my 4th very recently and weirdly im feeling alot better after my 4th than my 3rd, most likely because i know im done and iv got the rest of my life to become more confident and happy with my body (much like you) but seriously you look incredible! xo
The struggle is real! I have such a hard time feeling confident in the way my body looks postpartum. I finally got rid of all my clothes that don’t fit me or I don’t feel good in. I still hope to lose some of the weight I gained (although I plan to get pregnant again in 2023) but there was no point keeping all the clothes just to make me feel worse when I look in my closet.
I've donated so many clothes for the same reason! My mum and partner say I should hold on to the clothes 'in case I go back to my pre pregnancy size' but that just stresses me out! I'd rather just have clothes that I feel good in now!
This makes me so sad to hear that you are struggling with your self-confidence because I think you are absolutely gorgeous! I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with 4th, and I have been a little worried about how my body will look after I give birth. I’m only 5 weeks PP, so I know my body could change again, but still. Nothing looks good on me, nothing feels good on me, I just lack complete confidence right now. It’s good to know I’m not alone ❤
I’ve given almost half my wardrobe away because I’m letting go of the fact that I won’t fit into my pre-last-baby clothing anymore. It’s actually freeing!

As a mom of 3 it was hard to feel confident in my new body but I started with small goals and I had to remember it wasn't what the scale said but in how clothes fit and how I felt in them. I love target and old navy and Amazon but sometimes you have to invest a good quality pair of jeans, black slacks, dress, basic short sleeves to layer-body suits and sometimes it maybe expensive but they last longer compared to the less expensive clothes especially if they don't last. I have four children and when they were children I always wrapped their stocking gifts. I always loved The stocking part of the morning. When our eldest began to question Santa we decided to tell the truth. However to Make it fun we bought her into the shopper team. And we decided that we would do that down the children as they grew older. By the time the youngest didn’t believe we had six shoppers going out to buy 2 items each for the other stockings. Each person had their own paper so no one knew who purchased what. Oh each gift probably cost £1 or £2. Then the gifts were out in each recipients bag so that after midnight service we would get in and whilst children went to bed I stuffed the stockings and placed them on each persons chair oh each stocking had an orange in the toe. I can honestly say that was my favourite part of the day. We also spread unwrapping gifts throughout the day. And sometimes into the next day. It meant the children appreciated the gift they had just opened.
I love that duvet! I’ve been wanting to order one but I don’t know where to find a good one. I want a big fluffy one, and of course they all look great in the pics but when you get them they aren’t always the same as the pic.

I was in Quebec from Dec. 2001-May 2021 and now I live in So. Alberta...We have had feel like temps as low as -53f!!! Now I know the true meaning of cold and I now overheat when it's in the 60's!! Granted I am now in my 50's and menopause makes it hard to deal with heat and I enjoy the colder temps!!

Best Guidance get rid of old clothes that don’t fit your new body I’ve found that helps our bodies change a lot after having kids. Keep pieces in your closet that fit you and make you feel confident.

If Emma is good on her balance bike try for the first week without the training wheels. She might not need them as she has the balance down..just needs to get the peddling now. Our son was so fast at learning and did not need them.

You don't no how people are filling. ... well we are not haveing no 70 nothing weather .. how about. -----2 degrees.. degrees. Winds are 80 to 90 miles a he freezer cold can not be out longer then a few min have to have all skin covered up .. hate to say Christmas is cancel this year no travel no flying. No being on rds period. To dangerous so that quacks me up. That you are bare foot and short shirt and shorts. Don't you want to see the snow RACHAEL Christmas is not happening this year soooo sad !
